Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups strong brewed coffee or espresso
  • 1 cup milk any type
  • 1 ripe banana mashed
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup or honey
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • ½ tsp cinnamon
  • ¼ tsp nutmeg
  • 2 tbsp banana bread syrup or caramel syrup
  • Whipped cream optional
  • Ground cinnamon for topping

Method
 

  1. Brew fresh espresso or strong coffee and set aside.
  2. Heat milk in a small saucepan or microwave until warm but not boiling.
  3. Blend mashed banana, warm milk, maple syrup, vanilla, cinnamon, and nutmeg until smooth.
  4. Pour the banana milk mixture into mugs.
  5. Add freshly brewed coffee or espresso and stir gently.
  6. Top with whipped cream and sprinkle cinnamon if desired.
  7. Add caramel drizzle or flavored syrup for different variations.
  8. Serve immediately while warm and creamy.

Notes

Use very ripe bananas for the sweetest flavor.
Oat milk or almond milk works great for dairy-free versions.
Add a dash of banana extract for a stronger banana bread taste.
Blend the mixture well to keep the latte smooth and creamy.
