Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup almond flour
  • ½ cup unsweetened peanut butter or almond butter
  • ¼ cup powdered erythritol or keto sweetener
  • 2 tablespoons coconut oil melted
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
  • ¼ cup sugar-free chocolate chips
  • Pinch of salt

Method
 

  1. In a bowl, combine almond flour and powdered sweetener.
  2. Add peanut butter and melted coconut oil.
  3. Mix in vanilla extract and a pinch of salt.
  4. Stir until a soft dough forms.
  5. Fold in sugar-free chocolate chips.
  6. Scoop small portions and roll into bite-sized balls.
  7. Place treats on a lined tray.
  8. Refrigerate for 30 minutes until firm.
  9. Serve chilled or store for later.

  • Add shredded unsweetened coconut for texture.
