Ingredients
  

  • 200 g chocolate milk or dark
  • 1/2 cup mixed nuts almonds, peanuts, or cashews
  • 1/4 cup dried fruit cranberries or raisins

Method
 

  1. Melt chocolate using a microwave or double boiler until smooth.
  2. Line a tray with parchment paper.
  3. Pour melted chocolate onto the tray and spread evenly.
  4. Sprinkle nuts and dried fruit over the chocolate.
  5. Gently press toppings into the chocolate.
  6. Chill in the fridge for 20 minutes until set.
  7. Break into pieces and serve.

Notes

  • Use white chocolate for a fun variation.
  • Add sea salt for a sweet-salty twist.
  • Store in a cool place to keep it firm.
