3-Ingredient Chocolate Covered Strawberries

These 3-Ingredient Chocolate Covered Strawberries are the easiest way to create a beautiful and delicious dessert. Ingredients
  

  • 20 fresh strawberries washed and completely dried
  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 2 tablespoons white chocolate chips or crushed nuts for topping

Method
 

  1. Wash the strawberries and dry them completely with paper towels.
  2. Place chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl.
  3. Microwave the chocolate in 20–30 second intervals while stirring until smooth.
  4. Hold each strawberry by the stem and dip it into the melted chocolate.
  5. Gently twist the strawberry to coat it evenly.
  6. Place the dipped strawberry on a parchment-lined tray.
  7. Drizzle melted white chocolate or sprinkle crushed nuts on top.
  8. Let the strawberries sit at room temperature or refrigerate for about 10 minutes until the chocolate sets.
  9. Serve once the chocolate coating is firm.

Notes

  • Make sure strawberries are completely dry so the chocolate sticks properly.
  • Use dark, milk, or white chocolate depending on your taste.
  • Add sprinkles, coconut flakes, or crushed cookies for decoration.
  • Store in the refrigerator and enjoy within 24 hours for best freshness.
  • Let them sit at room temperature for a few minutes before serving.
