Ingredients
  

  • 200 g chocolate dark or semi-sweet
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 2 tablespoons sugar

Method
 

  1. Melt chocolate using a microwave or double boiler and let cool slightly.
  2. Whip heavy cream with sugar until soft peaks form.
  3. Gently fold melted chocolate into whipped cream.
  4. Mix until smooth and airy.
  5. Spoon into serving cups.
  6. Chill in the fridge for at least 2 hours before serving.
