Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups shredded coconut
  • 1/2 cup sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F) and line a baking tray.
  2. Mix shredded coconut, condensed milk, and vanilla extract in a bowl.
  3. Scoop small portions and shape into mounds on the tray.
  4. Bake for 12–15 minutes until golden brown.
  5. Let cool slightly before serving.

Notes

  • Dip bottoms in melted chocolate for extra indulgence.
  • Don’t overbake—they should stay soft inside.
  • Use parchment paper to prevent sticking.
