Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups frozen fruit strawberries, mango, or bananas
  • 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 2 –3 tablespoons honey or maple syrup

Method
 

  1. Add frozen fruit to a blender or food processor
  2. Add Greek yogurt and honey or maple syrup
  3. Blend until smooth and creamy
  4. Serve immediately for soft-serve texture or freeze for 2–3 hours for a firmer consistency
  5. Scoop and enjoy your healthy frozen yogurt

Notes

  • Use frozen bananas for extra creaminess and natural sweetness
  • Adjust the sweetener based on your taste and fruit choice
  • Add vanilla extract for extra flavor
