Ingredients

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F).
  2. Mix peanut butter, sugar, and egg in a bowl until smooth.
  3. Roll dough into small balls and place on a baking sheet.
  4. Press each with a fork to create a crisscross pattern.
  5. Bake for 8–10 minutes until edges are set.
  6. Let cool before serving.
