Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup – Spinach fresh
  • 1 cup – Banana sliced
  • 1 cup – Almond milk
  • 1 tbsp – Chia seeds

Method
 

  1. Add spinach, banana, almond milk, and chia seeds into a blender.
  2. Blend until smooth and creamy.
  3. Adjust thickness by adding more almond milk if needed.
  4. Pour into glasses and serve immediately.
