Method
- Wash and slice the potatoes into thin rounds.

- Preheat the air fryer to 380°F (193°C).
- Arrange the potato slices in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
- Cook for 12–15 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
- Continue cooking until the potatoes turn golden and crispy.
- Remove from the air fryer and sprinkle with parsley.
- Serve warm with your favorite dipping sauce.
