Air Fryer Sliced Potatoes

These air fryer sliced potatoes are crispy on the outside and tender on the inside. Lightly seasoned and cooked in the air fryer, they turn golden and delicious with very little oil. They’re the perfect easy side dish or snack that’s both quick and satisfying.

Ingredients
  

  • 3 medium potatoes thinly sliced
  • tbsp olive oil
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp paprika
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp black pepper
  • 1 tbsp chopped parsley optional garnish

Method
 

  1. Wash and slice the potatoes into thin rounds.
  2. Pat the potato slices dry with a paper towel.
  3. In a bowl toss the slices with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
  4. Preheat the air fryer to 380°F (193°C).
  5. Arrange the potato slices in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
  6. Cook for 12–15 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
  7. Continue cooking until the potatoes turn golden and crispy.
  8. Remove from the air fryer and sprinkle with parsley.
  9. Serve warm with your favorite dipping sauce.

Notes

  • Do not overcrowd the basket for the crispiest texture.
  • Add Parmesan cheese for extra flavor.
  • Adjust cooking time depending on slice thickness.
  • Best served fresh and hot.
