Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups almond flour
  • 1/4 cup melted butter or coconut oil
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C)
  2. Line a loaf pan with parchment paper or grease it well
  3. In a bowl, whisk eggs until smooth
  4. Add melted butter (or coconut oil) and almond milk, then mix well
  5. Stir in almond flour, baking powder, and salt
  6. Add apple cider vinegar and mix until a smooth batter forms
  7. Pour batter into prepared loaf pan
  8. Smooth the top evenly
  9. Bake for 25–30 minutes until golden brown
  10. Let cool completely before slicing

Notes

  • Cool completely before cutting to prevent crumbling
  • Store in an airtight container in the fridge
  • Toast slices for the best taste and texture
  • Add seeds or nuts for extra crunch
