- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C)
- Line a loaf pan with parchment paper or grease it well
- In a bowl, whisk eggs until smooth
- Add melted butter (or coconut oil) and almond milk, then mix well
- Stir in almond flour, baking powder, and salt
- Add apple cider vinegar and mix until a smooth batter forms
- Pour batter into prepared loaf pan
- Smooth the top evenly
- Bake for 25–30 minutes until golden brown
- Let cool completely before slicing
