Method
- Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F) and grease a loaf pan
- In a bowl mix flour baking soda salt and cinnamon
- In another bowl whisk eggs oil sugar brown sugar milk and vanilla
- Combine wet and dry ingredients and mix until just combined
- Fold in diced apples and walnuts
- Pour batter into prepared loaf pan
- Bake for 45–50 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean
- Let cool before slicing
Notes
- Use fresh sweet apples for the best flavor
- Do not overmix the batter to keep the bread soft
- Add raisins for extra texture
- Sprinkle cinnamon sugar on top before baking for a crust
- Store in an airtight container for freshness
