Apple Cinnamon Bread Recipe

Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 2 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 cups apples peeled and diced
  • 1/2 cup chopped walnuts optional

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F) and grease a loaf pan
  2. In a bowl mix flour baking soda salt and cinnamon
  3. In another bowl whisk eggs oil sugar brown sugar milk and vanilla
  4. Combine wet and dry ingredients and mix until just combined
  5. Fold in diced apples and walnuts
  6. Pour batter into prepared loaf pan
  7. Bake for 45–50 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean
  8. Let cool before slicing

Notes

  • Use fresh sweet apples for the best flavor
  • Do not overmix the batter to keep the bread soft
  • Add raisins for extra texture
  • Sprinkle cinnamon sugar on top before baking for a crust
  • Store in an airtight container for freshness
