Ingredients
  

  • 2 – Bananas
  • ½ cup – Rolled oats
  • 1 cup – Milk or almond milk
  • ½ cup – Yogurt
  • 1 tbsp – Honey
  • ½ tsp – Cinnamon
  • ½ cup – Ice cubes

Method
 

  1. Add bananas, oats, milk, yogurt, and honey into a blender.
  2. Sprinkle in cinnamon and add ice cubes.
  3. Blend until smooth and creamy.
  4. Let smoothie sit for 1 minute to soften oats further.
  5. Pour into glasses and serve chilled.
