- Preheat oven to 200°C (400°F)
- Heat olive oil in a pan and cook onions on low heat until caramelized
- In a bowl, mix chicken with BBQ sauce
- Place flatbreads on a baking tray
- Spread BBQ chicken evenly over each flatbread
- Top with caramelized onions and shredded cheese
- Bake for 10–12 minutes until cheese melts and edges are crispy
- Remove, slice, and serve warm
