Ingredients
  

  • 300 g beef thinly sliced
  • 200 g noodles egg or rice noodles
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tsp ginger grated
  • 1 cup bell peppers sliced
  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • 1/2 cup carrots julienned
  • 3 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp oyster sauce
  • 1 tbsp honey or brown sugar
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • 1 tsp cornstarch optional, for thickening
  • 2 tbsp water
  • Green onions for garnish

Method
 

  1. Cook noodles according to package instructions and set aside.
  2. Heat oil in a wok or pan over high heat.
  3. Add beef and stir-fry until browned, then remove.
  4. In the same pan, sauté garlic and ginger until fragrant.
  5. Add vegetables and stir-fry until tender-crisp.
  6. Return beef to the pan.
  7. Add soy sauce, oyster sauce, honey, sesame oil, and water.
  8. Toss in cooked noodles and mix well.
  9. Cook for 2–3 minutes until everything is coated.
  10. Garnish with green onions and serve hot.

Notes

  • Slice beef thinly for a tender texture.
  • Cook on high heat for the best stir-fry flavor.
  • Add chili sauce for extra spice.
  • Serve immediately for the best taste and texture.
