Beef Stir Fry with Vegetables (30-Minute)

Ingredients
  

  • 300 g beef thinly sliced
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tsp ginger grated
  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • 1 cup bell peppers sliced
  • 1/2 cup carrots sliced
  • 1/2 cup snap peas
  • 3 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp oyster sauce
  • 1 tbsp honey or brown sugar
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • 1 tsp cornstarch optional
  • 2 tbsp water
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Green onions for garnish

Method
 

  1. Heat oil in a wok or large pan over high heat.
  2. Add beef and stir-fry until browned, then remove.
  3. In the same pan, sauté garlic and ginger until fragrant.
  4. Add vegetables and stir-fry until tender-crisp.
  5. Return beef to the pan.
  6. Add soy sauce, oyster sauce, honey, sesame oil, and water.
  7. Stir well to coat everything evenly.
  8. Add cornstarch slurry if thicker sauce is desired.
  9. Cook for 2–3 minutes until sauce thickens.
  10. Garnish with green onions and serve hot.

Notes

  • Slice beef against the grain for tenderness.
  • Use high heat for authentic stir-fry flavor.
  • Do not overcook vegetables to keep them crisp.
  • Serve with rice or noodles for a complete meal.
