- Heat oil in a wok or large pan over high heat.
- Add beef and stir-fry until browned, then remove.
- In the same pan, sauté garlic and ginger until fragrant.
- Add vegetables and stir-fry until tender-crisp.
- Return beef to the pan.
- Add soy sauce, oyster sauce, honey, sesame oil, and water.
- Stir well to coat everything evenly.
- Add cornstarch slurry if thicker sauce is desired.
- Cook for 2–3 minutes until sauce thickens.
- Garnish with green onions and serve hot.

- Slice beef against the grain for tenderness.
- Use high heat for authentic stir-fry flavor.
- Do not overcook vegetables to keep them crisp.
