Ingredients
  

  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese softened
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 tablespoon butter or oil for cooking

Method
 

  1. In a bowl, blend eggs, cream cheese, and baking powder until smooth
  2. Heat butter in a non-stick pan over medium heat
  3. Pour small amounts of batter to form pancakes
  4. Cook for 2–3 minutes until bubbles form
  5. Flip and cook another 1–2 minutes until golden
  6. Serve warm with sugar-free syrup or toppings
