Method
- Preheat oven to 190°C (375°F) and line a baking tray.
- Roll out crescent dough and cut into small triangles.
- Place a mini sausage on each triangle and roll up tightly.
- In a bowl, whisk egg and milk for egg wash.
- Brush each roll lightly with egg wash.
- Sprinkle sesame seeds or herbs if desired.
- Bake for 12–15 minutes until golden brown.
- Serve warm and enjoy.

- Use puff pastry for a flakier texture.
- Add cheese before rolling for extra flavor.
- Serve with ketchup or mustard for dipping.
