Ingredients
  

  • 500 g chicken pieces drumsticks or thighs
  • 1 cup buttermilk
  • 1 egg
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup cornstarch
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • Oil for frying
  • 3 tbsp honey for drizzle

Method
 

  1. In a bowl, mix buttermilk and egg, then add chicken to marinate.
  2. In another bowl, combine flour, cornstarch, and spices.
  3. Coat chicken pieces in flour mixture evenly.
  4. Heat oil and fry chicken until golden and cooked through.
  5. Remove and drain on paper towels.
  6. Drizzle honey over hot fried chicken.
  7. Serve immediately and enjoy.
