Ingredients
  

  • 500 g ground chicken
  • 4 burger buns
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 small onion finely chopped
  • 1/2 cup bell peppers chopped
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 cup tomato sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Cajun seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon chili flakes optional
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste

Method
 

  1. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat
  2. Add onion and bell peppers and sauté until soft
  3. Stir in garlic and cook until fragrant
  4. Add ground chicken and cook until browned
  5. Mix in tomato sauce, Cajun seasoning, paprika, salt, and pepper
  6. Simmer for 8–10 minutes until thick and flavorful
  7. Toast buns lightly if desired
  8. Spoon mixture onto buns and serve hot

Notes

  • Adjust spice level with more or less Cajun seasoning
  • Add cheese slices for extra richness
  • Serve with fries or salad
  • Use ground turkey as an alternative
  • Great for quick family meals
