Method
- Preheat oven to 150°C (300°F) and line a baking tray
- Beat egg whites with cream of tartar until stiff peaks form
- In another bowl, mix egg yolks, cream cheese, shredded cheese, and salt
- Gently fold egg whites into yolk mixture
- Spoon mixture onto tray into bread-sized rounds
- Bake for 20–25 minutes until golden and set
- Let cool before serving
Notes
- Fold gently to keep the bread airy
- Use softened cream cheese for a smooth texture
- Do not overbake to keep it soft
- Store in fridge for later use
