- Preheat oven to 300°F (150°C)
- Line a baking tray with parchment paper
- Separate egg whites and yolks into two bowls
- Beat egg whites with cream of tartar until stiff peaks form
- In another bowl, mix egg yolks with cream cheese and shredded mozzarella
- Gently fold egg white mixture into yolk mixture
- Spoon mixture onto baking tray forming small rounds
- Smooth slightly but keep airy shape
- Bake for 20–25 minutes until golden
- Let cool before serving
Notes
- Fold gently to keep the mixture fluffy
- Bake at low temperature for the best texture
- Best eaten fresh for maximum softness
- Store in fridge, but reheat lightly before serving
