Cheesy Garlic Bread Recipe

Ingredients
  

  • 1 loaf French bread or baguette
  • 3 tablespoons butter softened
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 2 tablespoons grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 tablespoon chopped parsley optional
  • Salt to taste

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F).
  2. Slice bread in half lengthwise.
  3. Mix butter and garlic, then spread evenly on bread.
  4. Sprinkle mozzarella and parmesan over the top.
  5. Place on a baking tray and bake for 10–15 minutes until cheese melts.
  6. Broil for 2–3 minutes for a golden top (optional).
  7. Garnish with parsley, slice, and serve.

Notes

  • Use fresh garlic for a stronger flavor.
  • Add chili flakes for a spicy kick.
  • Serve immediately for the best texture.
