Cherry Delight Dessert Recipe

Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 cup melted butter
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 container whipped topping 8 oz
  • 1 can cherry pie filling

Method
 

  1. Mix graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar in a bowl
  2. Press mixture into a dish to form the crust
  3. Chill crust in refrigerator for 15–20 minutes
  4. Beat cream cheese until smooth and creamy
  5. Add powdered sugar and vanilla extract, then mix well
  6. Fold in whipped topping until light and fluffy
  7. Spread cream mixture evenly over crust
  8. Spoon cherry pie filling over the top
  9. Smooth gently and cover
  10. Refrigerate for at least 3–4 hours before serving

Notes

  • Chill longer for cleaner slices
  • Use homemade cherry topping if preferred
  • Keep refrigerated until ready to serve
  • Add chopped nuts for extra texture if desired
