Chicken Caesar Flatbread Recipe

Ingredients
  

  • 4 flatbreads or naan
  • 2 cups cooked chicken grilled or shredded
  • 2 cups romaine lettuce chopped
  • 1/2 cup Caesar dressing
  • 1/3 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Method
 

  1. Heat flatbreads in a pan or oven until warm
  2. In a bowl, toss romaine lettuce with Caesar dressing
  3. Place warm flatbreads on a serving surface
  4. Add cooked chicken evenly over each flatbread
  5. Top with dressed lettuce
  6. Sprinkle parmesan cheese and black pepper
  7. Drizzle a little olive oil if desired
  8. Slice and serve immediately
