Cook noodles according to package directions and drain.
In a small bowl, whisk soy sauce, honey, cornstarch, and water.
Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
Sauté garlic and ginger for 30 seconds until fragrant.
Add broccoli, bell pepper, and carrot and stir-fry for 3–4 minutes.
Stir in cooked chicken and cook until heated through.
Pour teriyaki sauce mixture into the pan and stir until thickened.
Add cooked noodles and toss until evenly coated.
Drizzle sesame oil and mix well.
Garnish with green onions and sesame seeds before serving.
