Chicken Teriyaki Noodles Ready in 30 Minutes

Chicken Teriyaki Noodles is a quick, flavor-packed dish that’s perfect for busy weeknights. Tender chicken, colorful vegetables, and soft noodles are tossed in a glossy homemade teriyaki sauce that’s sweet, savory, and completely satisfying. Ingredients
  

  • 8 oz spaghetti or lo mein noodles
  • 2 cups cooked chicken breast sliced
  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • 1 red bell pepper sliced
  • 1 carrot julienned
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tablespoon fresh ginger minced
  • ¼ cup soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons honey or brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • ¼ cup water
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 2 green onions sliced
  • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds

Method
 

  1. Cook noodles according to package directions and drain.
  2. In a small bowl, whisk soy sauce, honey, cornstarch, and water.
  3. Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
  4. Sauté garlic and ginger for 30 seconds until fragrant.
  5. Add broccoli, bell pepper, and carrot and stir-fry for 3–4 minutes.
  6. Stir in cooked chicken and cook until heated through.
  7. Pour teriyaki sauce mixture into the pan and stir until thickened.
  8. Add cooked noodles and toss until evenly coated.
  9. Drizzle sesame oil and mix well.
  10. Garnish with green onions and sesame seeds before serving.

Notes

  • Use rotisserie chicken for faster prep.
  • Add chili flakes for a spicy kick.
  • Do not overcook vegetables to keep them crisp.
  • Serve immediately for the best texture and flavor.
