Coconut and Spinach Green Smoothie

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup – Spinach fresh
  • 1 cup – Coconut milk
  • 1 – Banana
  • ½ cup – Pineapple chunks
  • 1 tbsp – Chia seeds
  • ½ cup – Ice cubes

Method
 

  1. Add spinach, coconut milk, banana, and pineapple into a blender.
  2. Add chia seeds and ice cubes.
  3. Blend until smooth and creamy.
  4. Adjust consistency with more coconut milk if needed.
  5. Pour into glasses and serve immediately.

Notes

  • Use frozen pineapple for a thicker smoothie.
  • Baby spinach gives a milder flavor.
  • Add shredded coconut for extra tropical taste.
  • Best enjoyed fresh for maximum nutrients.
