Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 cup coconut flour
  • 6 eggs
  • 1/4 cup melted butter or coconut oil
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp salt

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F) and line a loaf pan.
  2. In a bowl, whisk eggs until smooth.
  3. Add melted butter, milk, and mix well.
  4. Stir in coconut flour, baking powder, and salt.
  5. Mix until a thick batter forms.
  6. Pour batter into prepared loaf pan.
  7. Bake for 35–40 minutes until golden and set.
  8. Let cool completely before slicing.
