Creamy Avocado Smoothie

Ingredients
  

  • 1 – Avocado ripe
  • 1 cup – Milk or almond milk
  • 1 – Banana
  • 1 tbsp – Honey
  • ½ tsp – Vanilla extract
  • ½ cup – Ice cubes

Method
 

  1. Cut avocado in half, remove pit, and scoop flesh into a blender.
  2. Add milk, banana, honey, vanilla extract, and ice cubes.
  3. Blend until smooth and creamy.
  4. Adjust consistency with more milk if needed.
  5. Pour into glasses and serve chilled.

Notes

  • Use ripe avocado for the creamiest texture.
  • Frozen banana makes the smoothie extra thick.
  • Add spinach for a hidden nutrient boost.
  • Best enjoyed immediately after blending.
