Cook pasta shells according to package directions and drain.

Add ground beef and diced onion and cook until browned.
Stir in minced garlic and cook for about 1 minute.
Add tomato sauce, heavy cream, Italian seasoning, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
Simmer the sauce for about 5 minutes until slightly thickened.
Add cooked pasta shells to the skillet.
Stir in shredded cheddar cheese until melted and creamy.
Mix everything well and cook for another 1–2 minutes.
