Ingredients
  

  • 8 oz medium pasta shells
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 small onion diced
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 cup tomato sauce
  • ½ cup heavy cream
  • ½ cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • ½ tsp paprika
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • 1 tbsp olive oil

Method
 

  1. Cook pasta shells according to package directions and drain.
  2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  3. Add ground beef and diced onion and cook until browned.
  4. Stir in minced garlic and cook for about 1 minute.
  5. Add tomato sauce, heavy cream, Italian seasoning, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
  6. Simmer the sauce for about 5 minutes until slightly thickened.
  7. Add cooked pasta shells to the skillet.
  8. Stir in shredded cheddar cheese until melted and creamy.
  9. Mix everything well and cook for another 1–2 minutes.
  10. Serve warm and enjoy.

Notes

  • Use ground turkey instead of beef for a lighter version.
  • Add spinach or mushrooms for extra vegetables.
  • Sprinkle Parmesan cheese on top before serving.
  • Store leftovers in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
