Ingredients
  

  • 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • ½ cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup whipped topping
  • 1 cup cherry pie filling
  • Graham crackers for serving
  • Vanilla wafers for serving

Method
 

  1. In a mixing bowl beat cream cheese until smooth and creamy.
  2. Add powdered sugar and vanilla extract and mix until fully combined.
  3. Fold in whipped topping gently until the mixture becomes light and fluffy.
  4. Spread the cream cheese mixture into a serving bowl.
  5. Spoon cherry pie filling evenly over the top.
  6. Chill the dip for about 20 minutes before serving if desired.
  7. Serve with graham crackers, cookies, or fresh fruit for dipping.

Notes

  • Use full-fat cream cheese for the richest flavor.
  • Chill the dip longer if you prefer a thicker texture.
  • Add crushed graham crackers on top for a cheesecake crust flavor.
  • Store leftovers in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
