Method
- Heat butter in a pan over medium heat
- Add shrimp and cook for 2–3 minutes per side until pink
- Remove shrimp and set aside
- In the same pan, sauté garlic until fragrant
- Pour in heavy cream and bring to a gentle simmer
- Stir in parmesan cheese and Italian seasoning
- Add salt, pepper, and lemon juice
- Return shrimp to the pan and coat with sauce
- Cook for 2–3 minutes until heated through
- Garnish with parsley and serve
Notes
- Do not overcook shrimp to keep them tender
- Use fresh garlic for the best flavor
- Add chili flakes for a spicy kick
