Method
- Warm tortillas slightly to make them flexible
- In a bowl, toss romaine lettuce with Caesar dressing
- Place crispy chicken in the center of each tortilla
- Add dressed lettuce on top of the chicken
- Sprinkle parmesan cheese and black pepper
- Drizzle olive oil if desired
- Fold sides and roll tightly into wraps
- Slice in half and serve immediately
