Stir in chili powder, cumin, paprika, salt, pepper, black beans, and half the enchilada sauce.
Spread a thin layer of enchilada sauce in the baking dish.
Layer tortillas, beef mixture, and shredded cheese.
Repeat layers and finish with remaining sauce and cheese on top.
Bake 25–30 minutes until bubbly and cheese melts fully.
Let rest 5–10 minutes before slicing and garnish with cilantro.
