- Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F) and line a baking tray
- Mix sugar, cocoa powder, and oil until smooth
- Add eggs one at a time and mix well
- Stir in vanilla extract
- In another bowl combine flour, baking powder, and salt
- Gradually mix dry ingredients into wet mixture
- Chill the dough for 1–2 hours for best results
- Scoop small portions and roll into balls
- Coat each ball generously in powdered sugar
- Place on tray and bake for 10–12 minutes
