Delicious Italian Spaghetti Salad Recipe

Ingredients
  

  • 8 oz spaghetti
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes halved
  • ½ cup cucumber diced
  • ½ cup red bell pepper diced
  • ¼ cup red onion finely chopped
  • ½ cup sliced black olives
  • ½ cup Italian dressing
  • ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp dried Italian seasoning

Method
 

  1. Cook spaghetti according to package directions and drain.
  2. Rinse the cooked spaghetti under cold water to cool it down.
  3. Cut the spaghetti into shorter pieces for easier serving.
  4. In a large bowl combine spaghetti, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, bell pepper, and red onion.
  5. Add sliced black olives and grated Parmesan cheese.
  6. Pour Italian dressing over the salad.
  7. Sprinkle dried Italian seasoning on top.
  8. Toss everything gently until well coated.
  9. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving.

Notes

  • Add diced mozzarella or feta cheese for extra flavor.
  • Include pepperoni slices for a heartier salad.
  • Chill well before serving for the best taste.
  • Store leftovers in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
