Ingredients
  

  • 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/3 cup Dijon mustard
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar or lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp dried thyme optional
  • 1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley optional garnish

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease a baking dish.
  2. Season chicken breasts with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
  3. In a bowl, whisk Dijon mustard, honey, olive oil, vinegar, and thyme.
  4. Place chicken in baking dish and brush generously with honey Dijon mixture.
  5. Bake 22–28 minutes until chicken reaches 165°F (74°C) internally.
  6. Spoon pan juices over chicken before serving.
  7. Garnish with fresh parsley if desired and serve warm.

Notes

  • Pound chicken evenly for uniform cooking.
  • Use whole-grain mustard for extra texture.
  • Broil 1–2 minutes at the end for caramelized edges.
  • Store leftovers in the refrigerator for up to 3 days and reheat gently.
