Ingredients
  

  • 4 chicken thighs or breasts
  • 3 tablespoons butter melted
  • 4 cloves garlic minced
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley optional, for garnish

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 190°C (375°F).
  2. Place chicken in a baking dish.
  3. Mix melted butter, garlic, lemon juice, oregano, and paprika.
  4. Pour mixture over the chicken evenly.
  5. Season with salt and black pepper.
  6. Bake for 30–35 minutes until chicken is fully cooked and golden.
  7. Spoon sauce over chicken before serving.
  8. Garnish with parsley and serve warm.
