Ingredients
  

  • 500 g ground beef
  • 4 cups lettuce chopped
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes halved
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheese cheddar
  • 1/4 cup pickles sliced
  • 1/4 cup red onion sliced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste
  • 1/4 cup burger sauce or mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon mustard optional

Method
 

  1. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat
  2. Cook ground beef until browned and fully cooked
  3. Season with salt and pepper
  4. Divide lettuce into serving bowls
  5. Add cooked beef on top
  6. Arrange tomatoes, cheese, pickles, and onions
  7. Drizzle burger sauce and mustard if using
  8. Toss lightly or serve layered
