Method
- Heat a skillet over medium heat.
- Add butter and allow it to melt completely.
- Stir in brown sugar and cinnamon until the mixture begins to bubble.
- Add pineapple pieces to the skillet.
- Cook for about 4–5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Allow the pineapple to caramelize until golden.
- Stir in vanilla extract.
- Cook another 1–2 minutes until the sauce thickens slightly.
- Serve warm.

- Use fresh ripe pineapple for the best sweetness.
- Add a splash of rum for a tropical dessert twist.
