Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups All-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon Baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon Onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon Dried parsley optional
  • ½ teaspoon Black pepper
  • ¼ cup Unsalted butter melted
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil
  • ½ cup Cold water or as needed
  • To taste Flaky sea salt optional

Method
 

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Mix the flour, baking powder, salt, garlic powder, onion powder, parsley, and black pepper in a large bowl.
  3. Stir in the melted butter and olive oil until the mixture becomes crumbly.
  4. Gradually add the cold water and mix until a smooth dough forms.
  5. Roll the dough very thin on a lightly floured surface.
  6. Cut into small squares or rectangles using a pizza cutter or sharp knife.
  7. Transfer the crackers to the prepared baking sheet and prick each one with a fork.
  8. Sprinkle with flaky sea salt if desired.
  9. Bake for 18–22 minutes until the crackers turn golden brown and crisp.
  10. Cool completely on a wire rack before serving or storing.
