Ingredients
  

  • 500 g boneless chicken cut into pieces
  • 1 cup tomato puree
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • 1 onion finely chopped
  • 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste
  • 1 tsp garam masala
  • 1 tsp chili powder
  • 1/2 tsp turmeric
  • 1 tsp cumin powder
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • Fresh coriander for garnish

Method
 

  1. Heat oil and butter in a pan over medium heat.
  2. Add chopped onions and sauté until golden.
  3. Stir in ginger garlic paste and cook until fragrant.
  4. Add tomato puree and cook until oil separates.
  5. Mix in spices: garam masala, chili powder, turmeric, and cumin.
  6. Add chicken pieces and cook until sealed and tender.
  7. Pour in cream and add sugar, then simmer for 8–10 minutes.
  8. Adjust salt and cook until sauce thickens.
  9. Garnish with fresh coriander and serve hot.

Notes

  • Marinate chicken in yogurt and spices for extra flavor.
  • Adjust spice level according to taste.
  • Use butter generously for authentic richness.
  • Serve with naan or rice for the best experience.
