Ingredients
  

  • 4 cups low-carb bread cubed
  • 5 eggs
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup almond milk
  • 1/4 cup keto sweetener
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 2 tablespoons butter melted

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F) and grease a baking dish
  2. Spread cubed bread evenly in the dish
  3. In a bowl, whisk eggs, cream, almond milk, sweetener, vanilla, and cinnamon
  4. Pour mixture over bread and press gently to soak
  5. Drizzle melted butter on top
  6. Bake for 30–35 minutes until set and golden
  7. Let cool slightly before serving

  • Let the bread soak for a deeper flavor
