Method
- Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F) and grease a baking dish

- In a bowl, whisk eggs, cream, almond milk, sweetener, vanilla, and cinnamon
- Pour mixture over bread and press gently to soak
- Drizzle melted butter on top
- Bake for 30–35 minutes until set and golden
