Method
- Preheat oven to 200°C (400°F) and line a baking tray
- In a bowl mix mozzarella almond flour egg baking powder garlic powder Italian seasoning and salt
- Form small bite-sized dough balls and place on tray
- Slightly flatten each bite and add a spoon of pizza sauce
- Top with pepperoni and shredded mozzarella
- Bake for 12-15 minutes until golden and bubbly
- Drizzle olive oil and garnish with basil before serving
Notes
- Use turkey pepperoni for a lighter option
- Add olives or mushrooms for extra flavor
- Best served hot and fresh from the oven
- Store leftovers in the fridge and reheat in the oven for crispiness
