- Press mixture into lined muffin tin wells or mini tart pans to form crusts.
- Chill crusts 20–30 minutes until firm.
- Whisk pudding mix with cold milk until thickened.
- Spoon pudding into chilled crusts.
- Add sliced bananas over pudding layer.
- Whip heavy cream with powdered sugar and vanilla until soft peaks form.
- Pipe or spoon whipped cream over bananas.
- Chill at least 2 hours before serving and garnish as desired.
