Method
- In a saucepan, heat peanut butter, sugar, and corn syrup over low heat
- Stir constantly until smooth and fully combined
- Remove from heat and stir in vanilla extract and salt
- Add cornflakes and gently fold until evenly coated
- Press mixture into a lined or greased pan
- Smooth the top with a spatula
- Let it set at room temperature or refrigerate until firm
- Cut into bars and serve
Notes
- Don’t overheat the mixture to keep bars soft
- Press gently to avoid crushing cornflakes
- Add a chocolate drizzle for extra flavor
- Store in an airtight container
