Ingredients
  

  • 500 g ground chicken or pork
  • 4 cups coleslaw mix shredded cabbage and carrots
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon fresh ginger grated
  • 2 green onions chopped
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Method
 

  1. Heat olive oil in a large pan over medium heat
  2. Add ground meat and cook until browned
  3. Stir in garlic and ginger and cook until fragrant
  4. Add coleslaw mix and stir well
  5. Pour in soy sauce and sesame oil
  6. Cook for 5–7 minutes until cabbage softens
  7. Season with salt and pepper
  8. Garnish with chopped green onions
  9. Serve hot and enjoy

Notes

  • Use ground turkey or beef as an alternative
  • Add chili sauce for a spicy kick
