Epic Beef Nachos Supreme Recipe

Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 packet taco seasoning
  • ½ cup water
  • 1 large bag tortilla chips
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
  • 1 cup black beans drained and rinsed
  • 1 cup corn kernels
  • 1 cup diced tomatoes
  • ½ cup sliced jalapeños
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • ½ cup guacamole
  • ¼ cup chopped fresh cilantro
  • ½ cup sliced black olives

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cook ground beef in a skillet over medium heat until browned.
  3. Drain excess fat and stir in taco seasoning and water.
  4. Simmer for 5 minutes until thickened.
  5. Spread tortilla chips evenly on a large baking sheet.
  6. Spoon seasoned beef evenly over chips.
  7. Sprinkle black beans and corn over the beef.
  8. Top generously with cheddar and Monterey Jack cheese.
  9. Bake for 10–12 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly.
  10. Remove from oven and add diced tomatoes, jalapeños, olives, and cilantro.
  11. Serve immediately with sour cream and guacamole on top or on the side.

Notes

  • Use thick, sturdy tortilla chips to prevent sogginess.
  • Add refried beans under the beef for extra richness.
  • For extra heat, mix hot sauce into the beef while cooking.
  • Serve immediately for the best crisp texture.
