Ingredients
  

  • 2 sandwich buns or brioche buns
  • 4 eggs
  • 4 strips bacon
  • 1 avocado sliced
  • 2 slices cheddar or American cheese
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • 1 tbsp mayo or sandwich spread

Method
 

  1. Cook bacon in a pan until crispy, then set aside.
  2. In the same pan, melt butter and cook eggs to your preference.
  3. Toast buns lightly until golden.
  4. Spread mayo on the buns.
  5. Layer eggs, cheese, bacon, and avocado slices.
  6. Season with salt and pepper.
  7. Close sandwiches and serve warm.

Notes

  • Use brioche buns for a richer flavor.
  • Add hot sauce for a spicy kick.
  • Cook eggs sunny-side up or scrambled as preferred.
  • Serve immediately for the best taste.
