Method
- Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F) and line a baking tray
- In a bowl, mix almond flour, baking powder, garlic powder, and salt
- Add eggs and melted butter and mix to form dough
- Fold in sausage and shredded cheese
- Scoop dough into biscuit-sized portions on tray
- Bake for 18–20 minutes until golden and set
- Let cool slightly before serving
Notes
- Do not overmix the dough for fluffier biscuits
- Use pre-cooked sausage for convenience
- Add herbs for extra flavor
- Store in the fridge and reheat easily
