Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups almond flour
  • 1 cup shredded cheese cheddar or mozzarella
  • 1/2 cup cooked sausage crumbled
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/4 cup melted butter
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F) and line a baking tray
  2. In a bowl, mix almond flour, baking powder, garlic powder, and salt
  3. Add eggs and melted butter and mix to form dough
  4. Fold in sausage and shredded cheese
  5. Scoop dough into biscuit-sized portions on tray
  6. Bake for 18–20 minutes until golden and set
  7. Let cool slightly before serving

Notes

  • Do not overmix the dough for fluffier biscuits
  • Use pre-cooked sausage for convenience
  • Add herbs for extra flavor
  • Store in the fridge and reheat easily
  • Great for meal prep
